The staff were untrained. At buffet breakfast there were no plates or bowls. Plenty of staff standing around. When fruit run out and someone asked for it to be refilled, the staff member had no idea what to do. The reception staff fail to pass on messages from one to the next. The food options are overpriced and of lower quality than available nearby.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Old hotel. Great location. Needs major renovation. Breakfast (not included) is really bad. Too expensive for what they offer.
