The stay was great. The room was nice. The service was top notch. Right in the middle of Vail Village. One minute walk to Gondola One. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is very old and not worth the money we were charged. It is outdated and in need of may repairs. We had to leave our stay early because the pipes in the room were so loud we couldn't sleep.

It needs a renovation! The room itself was fine, but the rest of the hotel is dated and definitely needs new carpet and stairs (instead of masked with black masking tape). They also need additional help at the front desk and overall customer service execution.
