Enjoy Vail this season in our 3 bedroom condominium. Located just 5 min. away from Lionshead Village, this condo is ideal for small groups of families and friends. This condo features a King Bed in the Master Bedroom, a King Bed in the Second Bedroom, and Two Twin Beds or a Split King in the Third Bedroom. Walk to Lionshead or Vail Village, or ride the free Vail shuttle to your destination- this condo is close to it all.

Located on our third floor with views of Vail Mountain, and recently renovated and featuring Vail Mountain views, this quiet three-bedroom condominium will make you feel right at home. The living room features a plush couch and custom stonework fireplace with a large flat screen television. Highlights of this kitchen include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and backsplash and custom wood cabinetry. The master bedroom is luxuriously furnished with a king bed and a master bath featuring a marble and glass shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed and glass shower while the third bedroom offers versatility with a split king configuration.

Rental Agreement

All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.
