Good location, tired property

We were disappointed when we walked into the condo. It is run down. The curtains were off the rings, the carpets are frayed and stained, the wallpaper is dingy and generally the place needs a makeover. The photos are not accurate. The place is roomy and the number of beds and baths are as advertised but otherwise we felt taken advantage of. The location is good.

It’s excellent location and a very comfortable unit. Walking distance to town and the lifts.
