12 km from Romaine la Vaison la Romaine and 10 km from Nyons, this house of 155 m2 is 800m from the center of the village of Saint Maurice on Eygues with its small shops. The decoration of the house has been completely redone, the latter has 5 rooms for 9 people.
It is fully equipped for your comfort wifi, air conditioning on the floor, balneotherapy bath, the flat-bottomed pool is heated ensuring a water temperature of 25 degrees minimum.
The spa for 6 people is also at your disposal.
The ground of 2000m2 is entirely closed allowing you to come with your pets with a superb clear view on the vineyard and the mont ventoux.
The village tennis court is available free for my tenants. Reservations are only from Saturday to Saturday.

Superbe demeure, très bien positionnée, grand terrain. Au niveau de la cuisine quelques conteneurs à liquides (cruches, pot à mesures graduées) pourraient être ajoutés pour encore améliorer l'endroit, ainsi que peut-être la partie canapés extérieurs à possiblement améliorer.Malheureusement nous avons juste vécu une piscine en mauvais état et nous nous sommes reportés sur le spa, aux vues de la saison (mi-octobre), seul véritable bémol de ce séjour idyllique.

Lovely stay in a lovely area

Lovely house with everything we needed. Good location with bakery and park close by. Large garden with heated pool which was warm enough in october but also had hot tub if you got a bit cool.

Lieu de séjour dont on a pas envie de faire de la publicité, afin de le garder pour soi. Voisinage très calme, très belles vues agrémentant le séjour. Villa toute équipée et bien entretenue avec parking dans l'enceinte, Très grand Jardin clôturé pour notre malinois, qui a pu jouer avec son frisbee, sans risque de le voir partir chez le voisin. Piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, table de ping-pong, baby foot, jeux de société, tout est à disposition pour que l'on ne s'ennuie pas. Petites balades, dès la sortie du logement, en direction des vignes et de la rivière. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. Très bonne boulangerie à 300 m, pas besoin de la voiture pour aller chercher son pain. De très bonnes vacances au soleil, dans une villa où on se sent bien et apaisé.

Très belle maison , avec d’excellents équipements. Nous avons passé de très bons moments au bord de la piscine ou dans le jacuzzi Seul point négatif ; cette maison est mal insonorisée,donc peu d’intimité et de calme , On entend tout La literie est très moyenne et pour finir quelques mugs ou bols seraient les bienvenus !

Locatie: prima. Netheid/schoon: goed. Ontvangst: kan beter en gastvrijer. Bijvoorbeeld met een welkomstdrankje. Bedden: niet meer van deze tijd, niet comfortabel genoeg. Keuken: goed, alles werkt en is modern Zwembad goed verwarmd en mooi boek met tips voor de omgeving.

Prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving

Perfect voor een gezin, zowel met kleine als grote kinderen. Mooie, ruime woonkamer, complete keuken, voldoende slaapkamers met goede bedden en een grote tuin met verwarmd zwembad, jacuzzi en trampoline. Heerlijk genoten van het uitzicht onder het genot van een glas wijn van de plaatselijke Cave. Zeer zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Bon séjour

Emplacement idéal, bon accueille . Mais la maison a beaucoup de chose a réglé pour passé un tres bon sejour . Problèmes de pression d eau dans les douches ainsi que les toilettes. Portes qui ne ferme pas ( chambres ) . Rideau électrique des fenetres qui ne fonctionne pas tjrs . Propreté de la maison à l arrivé très moyenne ( toile d araignée, poils sous canapé etc..) . Piscine très froide , alors que annoncé chauffé dans l annonce . Beaucoup de Problèmes à régler pour passé un tres bon sejour .

fast perfekt !

der beheizbare Pool war traumhaft, aber der Jacuzzi heizt nicht richtig auf und verliert Wasser. Die Spülmaschine macht nicht sauber. WIr haben das reklamiert, Abhilfe käme erst nächste Woche. Das Grundstück ist sehr großflächig und Hundesicher, auch für kleine Hunde. Das Haus hat Verbesserungspotential aber der Ausblick und der Pool rechtfertigen vier Sterne.

Maison très agréable dans une très belle region. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme. Un petit bémol sur la propreté de la piscine et du jacuzzi ainsi que des problèmes d'air dans la plomberie mais rien de bien grave. Destination à refaire un jour.

Très belle maison parfaitement équipée et très bien située

Semaine du 5 au 12 mai 2018. Maison très agréable qui se prête tant à des vacances en famille qu'entre amis. Belle situation à l'écart de la route principale mais à distance de marche d'une petite épicerie et d'une boulangerie, également à 200m de l'Eygues. La cuisine d'été est très agréable pour y passer les soirées.

Vacances réussies dans la Drôme provençale

Rien à redire sur la maison, spacieuse pour huit et bien agencée et équipée. Un emplacement tranquille à Saint-Maurice sur Eygues, sans être isolé mais qui nécessite un véhicule pour les courses et les visites. Nous avons apprécié l'acceuil de notre hôte et sa disponibilité. Pour résumer : une vue sur le mont Ventoux, au milieu d'excellents crus du Côte du Rhône, une piscine à 29°c, rien de tel pour se relaxer. Wifi performant mais une petite maintenance sur la parabole satellite et le Jaccuzi serait appréciable pour décrocher la 5e étoile . Nous recommandons.
