Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour Ă  Val d’IsĂšre. L’appartement Ă©tait parfait : trĂšs bien situĂ©, propre, bien Ă©quipĂ© et rien ne manquait. Notre hĂŽte Ă©tait accueillant et trĂšs disponible. Tout Ă©tait rĂ©uni pour passer des vacances idĂ©ales. Nous recommandons vivement !

Comfortable convenient apartment.

I had a very comfortable stay in this apartment located on the 13th floor which has a lovely view towards Solaise and the main part of Val d'Isere. The apartment had everything required to self cater including a 4-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, small cooker, a very large fridge freezer and many other kitchen conveniences. It's possible to ski back to the door close to the ski locker. It's a short walk from the ski locker to the gondola, the funival or the train rouge bus stop. Madame Bouvet was very helpful and communicative. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would hope to return in future.

Excellent sĂ©jour. L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, avec un grand parking et un arrĂȘt de bus tout prĂšs. Nous avons eu du soleil presque tout le temps et la montagne est superbe l'Ă©tĂ©. Les ados sont allĂ©es plusieurs fois au centre Ă©questre, accessible en bus, et les adultes ont profitĂ© des remontĂ©s mĂ©caniques gratuites pour les piĂ©tons. Le village est trĂšs animĂ© l'Ă©tĂ© et trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Tout a Ă©tĂ© parfait du dĂ©but Ă  la fin.Pour rĂ©sumer ce merveilleux sĂ©jour Ă  Val d’IsĂšre, je dirai que la prise en charge de la relation client est excellente tant au niveau du relationnel et de la rĂ©activitĂ© que des instructions prĂ©cises et claires pour l’arrivĂ©e et le dĂ©part. Au niveau du logement, la situation est parfaite au pied des pistes avec toutes les commoditĂ©s Ă  2 pas et le RV de l’école de ski juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©.L’appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, et, cerise sur le gĂąteau, dispose d’une baignoire balnĂ©othĂ©rapie trĂšs apprĂ©ciable pour se dĂ©tendre aprĂšs une journĂ©e de ski!Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Apparemment fonctionnel bien situé

Appartement bien situé. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Accueil bien organisé. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine et la belle chambre. Le coin lits superposés est destiné à des jeunes uniquement, pas d'échelle pour accéder au lit du dessus. Coin salon le canapé lit n'est pas isolé, un rideau serait un plus. Mais globalement l'appartement est vraiment sympa. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et espérons revenir l'an prochain.

RĂ©clamation

Bonjour PremiĂšrement, notre choix prioritaire pour un logement de vacances en randonnĂ©e Ă  Val d’Isere est un lave-linge. Cependant le lave linge ne fonctionnait pas(problĂšme de courroie). Le rĂ©parateur est venu mais nous ne l’avons jamais revu pour le remplacement de la courroie. Nous Ă©tions lĂ  en vacances pour randonner. Donc beaucoup de linge Ă  laver Ă  la main. DeuxiĂšmement, nous avions choisi ce logement car il y a avait une baignoire Ă  jets massants qui n’a fonctionnĂ© qu’à partir du 4 eme jour grĂące Ă  l’intervention du concierge ( il nous a donnĂ© le bouchon de baignoire personnelle). TroisiĂšmement, les draps louĂ©s Ă©taient tachĂ©s, une couette dans l’appartement Ă©tait sale et sentait l’urine. Nous souhaitons fortement un geste commercial de votre part. Nos vacances ont Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©mentĂ©es de soucis qui les impactees . Finalement, nous avons annulĂ© une location fin juin pour cet appartement car il semblait plus confortable ( baignoire) et nous le regrettons. Nous sommes joignables au 06 35 17 81 54 et nous attendons un retour rapide de votre part. Cordialement

TrĂšs bon apparemment au pied des pistes

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement situé au pied des pistes du secteur de la Daille à Val d'IsÚre. Tout était conforme à l'annonce. L'appartement est trÚs bien équipé (vaisselle, etc..), propre et trÚs bien entretenu. Le suivi assuré par Madame BOUVET était parfait avec la mise en relation avec la conciergerie sur place. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location et n'hésiterons pas à y revenir lors d'un autre séjour à Val d'IsÚre. Merci.
