Chambre propre, mais service laisse à désirer

Chambre propre et au goût du jour. Cependant, plusieurs petits accrocs rendent l'expérience moins recommandable. D'abord, à mon arrivé il y avait des travaux dans la chambre que j'avais réservé plusieurs semaines auparavant. On m'a demandé de repasser plus tard, soit près de 4H après l'heure de check-in prévu... Lorsqu'on vient de faire 5H de route en moto, c'est décevant. Il manquait aussi plusieurs commodités. Le micro-ondes était absent, les serviettes de bain m'ont été prise durant mon séjour et j'ai dû aller en quêter de nouvelles au comptoir, la chaise que je n'avais pas initialement pour manger au comptoir dans la chambre est apparue comme par magie deux jours après mon arrivée. Ce qui est le plus décevant est le service. On doit aller s'expliquer aux employés du restaurant adjacent, qui souvent ne connaissent rien des opérations du motel. Même pas un mot d'excuse pour ces accrocs, ça aurait fait la différence dans mon cas entre une bonne note malgré tout et une moins bonne note !

Style en général désuet, vieux air climatisé, aucun membre du personnel disponible les fins de semaines.et restaurant fermée, Aucune note à la chambre pour connaître les directives de remettre ta carte à son départ. Ni liste des postes TV. Aucun verre, aucun savon à main. Le couvercle de fan de la salle de bain parterre ainsi que le bouchon de bain. Il faut que les voyageurs apportent leurs propres champoing et conditionneur et leurs savons à mains. Les oreillers désuets. Des draps et têtes d'oreillers fripés. Le lavabo ne semble pas être nettoyé. Stationnement gratuit et accessible. Espace très rentrant dans la salle de bain. À la réception, aucune indication pour nous dire que notre chambre est au 2ème étage et la direction pour s'y rendre. Nous avons dû faire le tour de la bâtisse et chercher.
