The hotel was lovely. The terrace and pool area provided a welcome relief from the sun. It was well maintained, with palm trees for shade, good seating and a bar.Hotel room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The air con was great! The breakfast buffet had lots of choice for all tastes. Very convenient for sites, shopping and transport.Half hour walk to beach. Really enjoyed my stay here.

A breeze in hot Valencia

Lovely stay at this delightful hotel. It was super hot in Valencia but the aircon, pool, and general ease of use of the hotel made it a breeze! Spa was closed for annual maintenance, which we knew and didn't matter to us. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were resolved very quickly and efficiently. Staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. The only thing we'd mention is that it would be nice to have someone checking on the pool for high jinks a bit more often - it's a small pool so if you get a bit of high spirits it can make it uncomfortable for other users, and a subtle discouragement of this would be helpful. But in general the vibe was really nice, relaxed without being careless.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Theres a spa downstairs with a sauna and steam room, massages, etc. Theres an ourdoor pool with a bar and a nice shaded seating area with lounge sofas. We didnt eat at the hotel restaurant, but the hotel bar inside was nice with friendly service. Breakfastcwas not too expensive to add and it was pretty good. Variety of baked goods, cheese, cold cut meats, eggs, and 3 drink stations dispersed around the room. We were on the top floor, so the views were spectacular! Plenty of floor to ceiling windows that opened to fresh air and and the bussle of the city. Next door was a large shopping mall and across the street was an iutdoor shopping mall. Bus stations were close and the hotel had a bike rental service as well.

The rooms are modern built with no drawers just shelves for clothes. Not very user friendly for stays longer than a week. The pool area is too full and service is slow. Front desk is very helpful

Property was at a really good location. However, the rooms seem backdated, how can a hotel not have smart TVs in 2025? Plus the indoor pool wasn’t working for the whole week I was there, neither was the spa working.

No iron & ironing board in a 4- star hotel

This has to be the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in which didn’t have an iron and ironing board - the only solution was the cleaning service offered by the hotel which also ironed clothes but also wasn’t available till the next day - there was no use in this for us because we were checking out in the morning. The room also had a strong cigarette smell.

Lovely hotel in a great area, easy walk to the beach, science centre, oceanarium and malls with good restaurants. The room and bathroom was modern and spacious, good choices at breakfast. The only negatives we had were there are not many sun beds and we would like to have been able to turn the air con off during the night as it was quite noisy and chilly. Only 2 euros to get a bus into the city and about 4euros for the tram, taxi cost 33euros to the hotel and 28euros back to the airporrt

Several issues were experienced throughout the 4 night stay. We are younger adult females and felt as though that our age made us taken less seriously and treated like leeches. Opening the mini fridge we noticed it was emitting a lot of heat. Besides making the room uncomfortable, we thought it might be a fire hazard. We called the front desk and after over an hour, no one had come. We called again and they said that no one was coming, and offered no resolution, so we had to unplug the fridge. Only after the second day did they replace the fridge and fix the A/C, however it never ended up being very strong. We wanted some ice since the room had lukewarm tap water at best, and were treated as if we were a massive inconvenience and not even spoken to. We would have rather paid for it and been treated like humans. I came to breakfast 20 minutes after the other two in my group had come down, and the staff at the front desk were really unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to enter the breakfast hall, saying my room # does not exist and dismissing me to the side— after I said that my friends were inside. Only when my friend came up did she finally decide to confirm my last name and let me in. When we tried to call a taxi upon check out, we asked for a large cab multiple times while clearly carrying 3 large suitcases and bags. The cab driver arrived in a small car and was extremely angry at US, expressing her frustrations frequently throughout the ride.

The hotel is in a great location close to beach, science center and old town. Hotel rooms are very clean. Only negative was when I went to bar to get a cup of ice , the elderly man did not pay attention to me even after I asked for some. Other than that the hotel was good and would come back again.
