Room and bathroom were huge, staff was outstanding. Perfect central city location. Loved the Rituals bathroom supplies. Beds were very comfortable, though some type of mattress cover (maybe?) made them quite noisy when rolling over and such.

Our stay was very comfortable—the room was clean, spacious, and the beds were cozy. The check-in and check-out process was fully automated, which was smooth and convenient. Most communication with staff happened through text, and they were quick to respond and helpful throughout. Victor had been great help to us. We're able to leave our bags in their office before check in and after check outs. The property is right in the city thus everything is there, it's very lively! The interior of the boutique is so pretty too.
