Welcome to our wonderful studio-style penthouse in the heart of Valencia! With its stunning high ceilings and carefully restored wooden beams, our penthouse offers a unique blend of the modern and the traditional. The large windows flood the space with natural light, whilst the modern and functional décor makes it cosy and comfortable for a romantic getaway or an adventure with friends.

The studio-style penthouse has two beds – a double (150cm) and a twin (135cm) – situated in the same room, along with heating, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a television and a sofa. You’ll also find all the necessary linen, along with a pack of towels per guest, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel, so you’ll have everything you need during your stay.

The location is exceptional, just 100 metres from the metro station and a short walk from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. What’s more, you’re just a stone’s throw away from some of Valencia’s best restaurants and bars. If you fancy a day at the beach, Las Arenas Beach and Malvarrosa Beach are just 7 and 8 km away, respectively. Don’t miss the chance to stay in this fantastic studio-style penthouse in Valencia!

Loved this property with the high wood ceilings and charm, but yet modernized with a large shower and kitchen. It was kept very clean. The large windows on each side let in lots of breezes and the location is outstanding. Walkable to everywhere with the train stations and bus stops nearby too. It’s just outside the main tourist parts enough to be a little more quiet at night. Perfection.

L’endroit était très bien situé avec beaucoup de services à proximité incluant la Valencia Del Norte station! Mon seule bémol était l’odeur de nourriture intense qui semblait provenir du restaurant asiatique à côté, c’était absent à notre arrivé mais à notre retour de souper c’était vraiment intense! Sinon les lits étaient confortable et l’appartement super propre! Nous avons pus laisser en consigne nos bagages le temps de pouvoir faire le Check-in (), nous avons beaucoup apprécié !
