We really enjoyed the wood floors and ceilings. The room was neat and clean with a bathroom area that was like a separate room behind a wall. Pet friendly. Very sturdy building such that we could not hear anyone walking above us or climbing the stairs that were right next ro us. Nice area in the courtyard for grilling, socializing, play area for kids. Parking spaces were large. Near to downtown, Niobrara River, golf course, sand dunes, places to eat, shops. Would stay here again.

My grandchildren were excited when they saw that there was another separate room with our room. Room had NO coffee maker and there was none in the lobby, so if you want a cup of coffee after the breakfast area was closed you had to leave the motel and drive to find a place that had coffee (gas station).

I am not sure when it happened, but at some point the room I stayed in had been broken into. The door was still broken. The door frame was split and the screws that hold the safety latch in place were only in the door for show. I was able to remove them with my fingers.
