Considering there's only 1 hotel within a 10 kilometres of Vallarsa's heart, it's worth booking a room well in advance.

Vallarsa isn't known as the accommodation capital of Trentino. It is, however, home to the B&B Le Terrazze, which is only 3-kilometre from the CBD.
