Great stay in Valetta

Lovely hotel, excellent and friendly service from the staff. The breakfast was nice, and the free wine was a plus watching the sunset on the rooftop seating. The location is good for Valetta, close but out the way for the noise, within walking distance of everything. Would suggest towels need changing more frequent but no other feedback.

I loved everything about this property! The cute little snacks, the staff were SO nice (one even found me a blanket when I got cold). The only thing I disliked is that it is very dark, with no windows looking out, but that's probably just the room I got, as it was last minute. Overall, would highly recommend!

Nice helpful staff; excellent breakfast; convenient to the old city of Valletta; good air-conditioning; wonderful rooftop lounge. Room had no sitting area, and the bedding was a single comforter that was too heavy no matter how the air conditioner tried.

This property is amazing. It is very clean and the rooms are so spacious. The location is ideal for walking around Valletta and getting the ferry to Sliema. The staff are so friendly and so willing to help with any issues. Overall it is an excellent hotel and i would definitely recommend it.

The hotel and staff are all 5* and would defintley stay there again while in Malta - the hotel was always clean and in tip top shape .. .the area outside the hotel not as nice, there was also loud discussions coming from outside, behind the hotel at various hours of the night.

My wife and I had to spend an extra night in Malta due to a death in the family. The staff was very good to deal with. They allowed us to to drop off our luggage 5 hours before our check in time, that was very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel and if I to go to Malta again, I would stay there without hesitation. Grazzi

We stayed at 19 Rooms penthouse suite which has a terrace, kitchenette (stove no microwave). Really good breakfast included - cold cuts, cheeses, different baked goods, some vegetables and fruits, eggs, etc. Coffee/cappuccino available any time; wine offered late afternoon. Hotel has a beautiful terrace with great views of the city and Sliema. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful (thank you Matthew, Rita, Monica, Albireo and Humberto). Location is perfect about 10 min walk from Republica street and 15-20 min walk from bus terminal or ferry. Would recommend this aparthotel!

Great location and service

All our interactions with staff members at 19 Rooms were positive. It’s a friendly and welcoming hotel in a great location. The bed was very comfortable and our room was clean. Air con worked well as did all our other facilities. The roof terrace gave a much needed view over Valletta which we enjoyed a couple of times. Breakfast was average in our view - there was nothing great nor terrible and we ate enough each morning to feel satisfied. Overall 19 Rooms is as we expected, clean,comfortable and well run.

Really nice staff and great hotel

Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location, really comfortable room and friendly staff. We also were treated to breakfast and wine/snacks. The only minor issue we had with our stay was the hot water for the shower was very limited, so only 1 person could shower within a couple/few hours. I don't believe this issue was the hotel's fault though as I think a lot of places here have to deal with the same issue. We were able to manage and enjoyed our stay.

Location was great, central to Valletta and ferries. Buffet breakfast was very good. Evening happy hour was a nice touch. The rooftop terrace offers wonderful views, but was closed off season. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Strong recommendation.
