Indulge in the sparkling pool, private spa, or bubbling jacuzzi, or entertain guests in one of two grand living rooms. Enjoy the on-site gym, tennis court, and beautiful hiking trails. Unwind in comfort while panoramic mountain views captivate you at every turn.

WILDLIFE WARNING
This property is in a fire prone area so outdoor fires are strictly prohibited. The indoor fireplaces are purely decorative for safety reasons.

POOL & HOT TUB HEATING
Please note that there will be an extra charge for heating the pool and hot tub. If heating is not requested, the hot tub and pool will be at air temperature.

The cost of heating is $125 for every 4 hours. We will remotely control the heating, turning it on and off as needed. The hot tub takes approximately an hour to heat up properly.

HOUSE & COMMUNITY RULES
Wander Dia Del Sol has a firm no glitter nor confetti rule. Please adhere to this policy to prevent additional charges.

PETS
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

The pool was very dirty almost like moldy which was upsetting because I booked this for my sisters wedding and the newlyweds were supposed to jump in the pool for photos. Unfortunately could not use the pool during our stay
