Restored 19th-century farmhouse adjoining the owner's house and another gîte. 300 m² enclosed garden with terrace. 2000 m² shared grounds with an unheated indoor swimming pool (4.5x9.5 m - open from June 15th to September 15th), a bowling green, volleyball, and ping-pong table. Nearby walks (greenway and forest).
Single-story: living/dining room (sofa bed) and fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: 140x190 cm bed, 2: 140x190 cm bed, 3: 2 single beds), bathroom and separate toilet.
Amenities included: freezer, tumble dryer, Wi-Fi access, baby equipment.
Included: sheets (beds made) and end-of-stay cleaning.
