With a shared pool, private terrace, parking space, and all local shops just across the street, this rental is perfect for easy-going seaside holidays in Valras-Plage.

• Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2) and TV
• Fully equipped kitchen area: large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, mini oven, microwave
• Separate toilet
• Private terrace with outdoor furniture
First floor:
• 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and storage
• Bathroom with bathtub or shower (can be specified on request)
• Air conditioning in the house
• Private parking space
• Shared pool in the residence (access depending on the season)

Secure access via automatic gate.
A private parking space is reserved for you inside the residence.
