The property is immersed in the small hamlet of L'Eau Rousse (red water), an enchanting town of Valsavarenche in the heart of the Great Paradise National Park with a unique and fascinating landscape created by the evocative ferrugin fluxes that dye the rocks above the village in red.

The space
Entire available apartment consisting of 3 rooms for a total of 65-70 square meters of house. There is a double bed and two single beds in two separate but communicating rooms and both attic, the living room with sofa and armchairs, a dining area, a small but comfortable kitchen and bathroom with shower. The apartment has an outdoor closet on the balcony with a washing machine.

Guest access
The adjacent green area,near the parking lot, is at guests' complete disposal. There's also a table, outdoor chairs, and deck chairs in the dehors.

Other things to note
Guests are reminded that sheets and towels are available but for a fee with a price of euro 10,00 per guest.

As the house is in the mountains, the consumption of the gpl used for heating will be to be counted based on the actual consumption you had.

There is a wood-burning fireplace that gives the characteristic warm atmosphere of mountain houses. On request, wood of size suitable for the stove is also provided for a fee.

From 05/01/2024 it is mandatory to pay the tourist tax that is around euro 1.5 per guest in high season or euro 0.75 from May 1 to June 15 and from October 1 to November 30 per person and per night with exemption from theeighth day of night onwards and for children under 15 years of age.
