Very good....will stay again but.....wasn't happy with bill....couldn't understand so many damn taxes and what some were for.What is mrtd event for example. Trips to city will be few and far between I'm afraid!

Excellent restaurant. Good location. Trouble getting heat to the room but issue resolved promptly by maintenance getting plug in heater. Room’s heat and thermostat never worked. Needs attention.

The staff was very professional and cooperating. When we arrived the TV did not work, and the directions on the safe were for another device. I had to call for assistance, and the problems were resolved very fast and with competence. Our room was made up daily. After we left, we read the brochure on not having our room made up daily. In return, a $10 credit was offered to us, or we could donate the credit, with matching funds by the hotel to a responsible non profit. An admirable practice. I will return to this hotel when in Vancouver.

Great location. First time in Vancouver. Loved having a grocery store down the street. No store seemed to be more than 10 minutes away, walking in any direction Able to thrift some great things within the area. Nice to have a coffee shop with great sweet and savory selections located in the hotel. Stayed with family in a nice sized room with full kitchen. Would stay here again.

The property has a modern and spacous presentation. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Views from the rooms were wonderful and we easily walked to our destinations. Upon check in, I received a food credit voucher which was included in my reservation through Expedia. The only con was that I was given a hard time when I tried to redeem it. It was my first time & I would've appreciated some instructions how to use it.

The room was huge and had a full working kitchen that was impressive. They could put cutlery in the rooms, but understandable that people were probably stealing it. Otherwise it was quiet even though it was beside the hospital, and again the amount of space was incredible. Definitely recommend if you need a longer term stay or accommodating more that two people.
