This was the worst hotel experience of my life and I stay close to 50 nights a year. On check-in we found a party like atmosphere with kids going from room to room on either side our room - with loud music, banging on doors and running in the hallways. I asked the front desk to move rooms and they said they were full and it wasn’t possible but they would send someone. Nothing changed and the noise went until 2 am. Turns out it was all 4 floors had buses of cheerleader kids without parents. This is now the 2nd time we have experienced this at this hotel and it seems to be their business model. So stay here if you want to party all night and if you want a few hrs of sleep per night. The hotel itself has no soundproofing so noise transfers from room to room and floor to floor. I am sure the hotel will respond but we complained multiple times and nothing changed. It was all day and all night. The hotel staff were cleaning rooms while kids were running around. You accepted bus loads of kids with no parents - you shouldn’t have also accepted money from people who wanted a place to sleep.

I was there with a la ge group - staff really went out of their way to be as helpful and accommodating as possible. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Only thing that would have made it better was more elevators!
