The property was everything I expected from all the photos shown in the ad. The host just went above and beyond with the amenities supplied with even microwave popcorn! Very comfortable king size bed and all the comforts of home. We really did enjoy our stay and will be back in the future. The area was so beautiful with almost prehistoric like plant life being in an older part of Vancouver. Very nice to walk around the area.

Communication was always virtually immediate. The room including kitchen was fine. Parking was surprisingly easy considering most of the neighborhood is permit only. There are four spots very close on the sidestreet and at least one was always available. There is also a church parking area but we never needed it. I took this place because it is just off Commercial Street where my wife loves the shops and general vibe. I think we had access to the deck at the front of the house but I didn't ask. That street is so busy it wouldn't have been really pleasant anyway. Otherwise not much outside space.

Location pour 5 jours a Vancouver. Très bel appartement; propre avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Cuisine fonctionnelle; bouilloire et cafetière. Le café est inclus. L’hôte à prévu des parapluies; chaussures d’intérieur; sac pour épicerie. La salle de bain comprend bain , douche, bidet, séchoir à cheveux ; shampoing/ conditionneur ainsi que savon et pâte à dent. Ayant oublié mon coupe ongle; il y en avait un de disponible. Enfin tout est inclus literie; serviette douche. Lit king très grand et très confortable; nous avons très bien dormis. Endroit est tranquille et a 5 -10 minutes de marche de pharmacie ; marchés , resto et groceries. Tout près du quartier Petite Italie; on y a trouvé de bonnes patisseries et petit café. Nous recommandons et y retournerons

Left early and had to check into hotel

First finding a spot to park was a bit confusing, parking behind the church was okay but you had to be gone before 8 when people start showing up at the church. The pathway to get into the place very small if you’re carrying a bag you almost need to turn sideways to slide between the fence and side of house. Once you get inside it sounds like you’re in their kitchen, there’s a door in the kitchenette that must go into the Main hours kitchen there is no privacy every noise you make they can hear. The main water pipes must run behind the wall right behind the bed, anytime the main house uses the water it sounds like there’s a waterfall behind your head. The Bed is as comfortable as sleeping on the floor and if you do choose to stay bring your own pillow the ones they provide are as hard as rocks. So over all my partner and I left after only one night of our two night stay because it was so uncomfortable between the bed and lack of privacy. I wound tent recommend staying at the rental.

Cute studio location

The location is a studio that is attached to the main house, so I was sharing the same house as the host. The location itself is right next to an extremely busy road, which can be a bit of a hassle in terms of parking and getting Ubers (or even crossing the road). However, past that, the place was very clean and had everything I needed, and the host was responsive with everything.

Beautiful cosy place

This guest studio suite is the best equipped one that we have ever stayed at and everything is top of line right down to the Yoga mat! The host was very helpful and replied quickly to any questions we had from the time we booked until we checked out. Great location. Only 2 blocks from Commercial drive (Little Italy)which has lots of restaurants, cafés, shops and a couple of local grocery stores. We would highly recommend staying here. (One evening during our stay, the host even brought us a couple of delicious homemade Tiramisu desserts to indulge in!)
