Staff was terrible. I believe it was Sid. He tried to manipulate us with his lies. I was unwell due to seasickness from whale watching experience the day before in Victoria and wanted to cancel the booking. The staff mentioned they can't refund the amount. We understand the policy but sometimes it is a rare scenario. They didn't accomodate and I understand. I took the flight and came to stay and they didn't give us the room we booked. When I complained about it, the staff said well, we cancelled it and hence couldn't give it. But we were told it was not cancelled and that's why we had to come. So we were given $20 credit in final bill and told that's the best that can be done. We didn't get the room we paid for - double queen. This was a terrible experience and I have stayed in Marriots all over the world and have never experienced such behavior. This was only my third hilton booking and I will never book any Hilton hotel again. Worst experience.

It was a great stay, fit our needs as a sleeping facility. Heads up, we drove our truck up to Canada and they were unable to accommodate us parking on property. We had to go to a hotel next door and pay $30USD for parking. Everyone was nice about it.

The most convenient and practical hotel

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is great, location, comfort, connection to other attractions and staff were so helpful. Overall perfect hotel and we will definitely book this again for our future trip to Vancouver.
