Wonderful time, staff amazing, rooms could probably need some updates. Only 2 elevators so sometimes you r waiting awhile to catch a lift. Pool , hot tub , work out gym r excellent. So is the sauna and steam room. Big bonus having that available

A great hotel in a great location with terrific staff. Been a few years since I last stayed here but it was absolutely as great as I remembered!

The hotel is located in a downtown location in the street where most of the shops are (Robson). There are many restaurants around. The staff is very nice.
