The room was good. The bathroom had mold that they tried to cover up but you could see it. It was almost black in the tub tile. Everyone with dogs were put on the same floor so ic some took theirs out all the dogs started barking. Most important is we requested a bottom floor room and they hadnt even cleaned the firat floor. We didn't check in until little after 4:00. The oh well attitude from the check in person was rude.

The carpet in our room had not been vacuumed at check-in. The bathroom walls were damaged and in serious need of repair, there were no towel bars anywhere in the room, on Day 2 of our six night stay we discovered ants coming up through a hole in the bathroom doorframe, and we were not told at check-in that room service only occurs every third day of each stay. Despite this, our room was not cleaned until Day 5. The breakfast offerings had degraded in quality since our prior stays at this facility.

Room felt neglected, front end staff was rude everytime I had an interaction with them. They dont change sheets, pillow cases or towels until after the 3rd day which seems gross when it's tied in with a holiday. VERY loud stomping and running in the halls at all hours of the night, waking me and my daughter up. Along with lota of aggressive barkong from dogs and a super dumb "parkong policy" that you dont even hear about until you're standing at the desk and you see their little 5x5 printer paper that says 1 car per room and no big trucks. My gf met me here for the holidays and we had to leave a car out of fear of being towed on a holiday weekend. Then we get back to the hotel ans there is huge oversized trucks blocking open spaces and access. Along with the room having a lot of light coming in from the front door when all the lights were off.

The room was nice. It was pretty clean. We usually wipe down with clorox wipes because I am immunocompromised. We did find some dirty areas but that is us and an extreme. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots around for dinner or breakfast. We would stay again.

The team at La Quinta were so friendly and helpful. My daughter left a lot of her stuff behind and the team was kind enough to call and patiently wait for me to get back to clear the room one last time.

Staff went over and above for us. We had vehicle problem and had to rent a car to get home, only to return later the same day to come tow our vehicle behind our truck. This all started at 7am we didn't get home until 9pm. Very friendly and helping staff. Merry Christmas to you all

One of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The hallways smell like wet dog so badly, and the carpets are a matted, disgusting mess. Rooms are dated and musky. We woke up five hours early (at 3am) and left because I couldn’t stand to sleep in the filth any longer.
