Our stay got upgraded to the Penthouse by Manjeet who’s so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Food, shopping, fuel and bank are within walking distance plus easy access to Highway 1 to Burnaby, Vancouver and Richmond. We’re looking forward to our next trip.

Staff was really nice and helpful. They allowed me to leave my stuff there 4 hrs early before checkin. Even for some reasons i had to do late check out. Thanks Joel to allow me to stay there little bit longer. I really appreciate the customer service. Suit was specious and clean. For a single person it was more than enough .Highly recomend this hotel.

Most of the front desk staff that I had interactions with, were very friendly, polite, inviting, easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The housekeeping staff were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, efficient, made themselves aware of my personal suite refreshing needs and expectations, all while being kind, considerate and professional. They have amazing warm and polite personalities.
