Clean, spacious room. Reception staff were friendly and their English was great. Helped to organise hot air balloon ride. There was an issue with AC in my room. They informed me on arrival and organised quick transfer for one night at another hotel. Nice touch by housekeeping that even if do not disturb sign on door to leave bag with water and toilet roll.

Happy with this value for money hotel.

I was very happy with my stay here. A hot buffet breakfast is included. The hotel is close to restaurants and pretty central. I’d stay here again if I were to return. Very good value for money, which is important.

Very nice, the only negstive side was that we could not use the pool becsuse of repairs. They could have notify us in advance. They accepted not to charge us for the upgraded room we had asked for. "But we had to demand as a compensation for no pool."

This was a wonderful place to stay. The staff are fantastic, so kind, friendly and go above and beyond, especially for a special occasion. The roof top view is spectacular, great breakfast and coffee. Bathrooms, particularly the hot shower great too. Thanks Confetti, we would stay here again.
