This gorgeous newly built house is spacious, well-designed and beautifully furnished. The apartment has loads of natural light flowing from the big windows. Downstairs, you will find the living room and kitchen in one open space, study, bathroom and access to the patio and small backyard. Upstairs, you have three bedrooms, with direct access to the upstairs balcony from two of them. The lavish sauna and bathroom also have direct access to another balcony.

📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments.
🤫 Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay and especially between 22.00-07.00
🎉 No parties.
🚪 Yard and balcony use should be quiet between 22.00 and 07.00 to avoid disturbing the neighbours.
🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
🐶 Pets are allowed, but they must be added to the booking.
👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland and a way to reduce noise and protect property.
💦 Only water is allowed on the sauna stove.
👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged.
🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited.
🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night`s stay for the next guest’s stay.
🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
