Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem tollen Ferienhaus in der Normandie. Das Haus selbst hat uns von Anfang an sehr gut gefallen und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub braucht.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnlich schöne Terrasse. Sie ist wirklich ein Highlight des Hauses und hat uns viele schöne Abende beschert. Auch der großzügige Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr gemütlich und lädt dazu ein, gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen und sich einfach wohlzufühlen.Die Nähe zum Strand ist natürlich ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt. In nur wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man einen wunderschönen Strandabschnitt, an dem man toll baden, spazieren gehen und viele schöne Muscheln sammeln kann.Auch die Lage des Hauses ist ideal, um die Normandie zu erkunden und schöne Ausflüge zu unternehmen.Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und bei Fragen jederzeit schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und angenehm.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses schöne Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Kommunikation mit Vermieter war voll in Ordnung - hat sofort auf Anfragen reagiert. Kosten f. Wohnung sind etwas zu hoch, für 14 Tage sind 103 Bettensteuer und 209 Servicegebühr zu zahlen.Bis auf Badezimmer und Toilette die Wohnung sehr schön, insbes. große Terrasse u. Nähe (ca. 500 m) z. Meer. Was vernachlässigt beschrieben wird, sind Badezimmer und Toilette.Das gesamte Badezimmer hat eine Größe von 1,92 x 1,19 m, gleich 2,28 qm. Davon geht die Dusche mit 0,95 qm ab, so dass f. d. Bad 1,33 qm, mit in diesen Bereich nicht ganz zu öffnender Tür. Entsprechend eng ist der Nutzbereich dann, zumal Waschbecken u. Unterschrank noch Platz wegnehmen. Nur einzeln zu nutzen. Aufhängmöglichkeiten für Handtücher u. sonstiges für 2 Personen mit Bedenken ausreichend. Davon wird bei Beschreibung nicht eingegangen (nur 1 Bild vorhanden). Bei weiteren Personen muss schon ein Zeitplan f. Nutzung des Bads her.Die einzige Toilette im Haus, f. 2 Personen noch leicht zu regeln, ist noch nicht mal 1 qm groß. Ein Handwaschbecken fehlt, so dass auf Bad (wenn nicht gerade v. anderer Person genutzt) oder Spülbecken in Küche zurückgegriffen werden muss.Trotz 6 (engen) Schlafplätzen ist Wohnung f. max 3 Personen gut zu nutzen, ansonsten starke Einschränkungen im Sanitärbereich!! Diese Umstände kommen bei der Beschreibung bei FeWo überhaupt nicht zum Ausdruck. Minuspunkte!!!!
