You reach the apartment by elevator or by stairs. From the entrance area with a practical cloakroom, it goes to your comfort home. The dining area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen is equipped with the best branded appliances. It flows smoothly to the spacious living area with a cozy corner set and large flat-screen TV on a floating sideboard. From there you can access the large, roofed west-facing balcony with modern garden furniture. Two sun loungers made of fine solid wood invite you to relax in great weather.

You reach your personal bedroom via the living-dining area. The bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed and wardrobe guarantees pleasant dreams. A flat-screen TV is also available for entertainment here. There would also be enough space for an deliverable cot. From here you can also go directly to the large balcony.

From the bedroom you continue to your shower room with toilet, illuminated mirror and walk-in summer rain shower. An additional storage bench completes the offer.

The barrier-free apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating, WiFi and intelligent lighting.

Children's travel cot and high chair are also available free of charge on request.
For your bikes or e-bikes there is a bike room in the basement of the neighboring house.
