Hello and welcome to Haus Mellum!

The Frisian and charming ambience of this house already surrounds you with the first course into the house. Through the spacious living-dining area with underfloor heating and a cozy living area you reach the south terrace with an idyllic view of the forest. The flat-screen TV with DVD player and stereo system offer you the best entertainment. The full kitchen with window is separate from the living-dining area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The bright, friendly master bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobes is upstairs. Opposite is the children's bedroom with two single beds and also large wardrobes plus full-length mirrors. Both bedrooms are equipped with shutters. Between the two bedrooms there is a comfortable shower room with a skylight and a high-quality washing machine.

Gute Lage in Meernähe

Das Ferienhaus liegt nah am Meer aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Kurhaus ist schnell erreicht und auch der Bäcker nicht weit. Das Auto haben wir gar nicht gebraucht während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Betten sind bequem und auch das neue ! Sofa. Wir hatten überraschend gutes sonniges Wetter, deshalb war es schade das nur 2 Gartenstühle noch einigermaßen benutzbar waren, das sollte man für den Sommer noch ändern.

Herrlich erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In den letzten drei Jahren wurden einige Möbel erneuert, was dem Gesamteindruck des Hauses gut getan hat (habe es vor drei Jahren schon mal gemietet). Es wäre aber schön, wenn auch ein paar andere Erneuerungen vorgenommen würden, z.B. neuer Teppichboden, neue Duschwanne im Bad und neue Badvertäfelung. Das Geschirr ist etwas zusammengewürfelt. Das Sofa sieht schön aus, ist aber zum Sitzen eher unbequem und zu eng für vier Erwachsene. Aber insgesamt stimmt daher das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage des Hauses ist top, sehr schön ruhig und zentral gelegen. Wir hatten daher einen herrlich entspannten Urlaub.

Agentur verweigert umfassende Rechnung

Wohnung und insbesondere die Lage waren völlig in Ordnung. Nach Anforderung einer Rechnung mit ausgewiesener USt. wurde erklärt, dass wohl für die Endreinigung und die Buchungspauschale eine Rechnung ausgestellt werden könne, jedoch nicht für den Mietpreis. Der Eigentümer der Wohnung führe ein Kleingewerbe. Dafür fallen keine USt. an. Aber 1. habe ich einen Mietvertrag mit der Agentur und nicht mit dem Eigentümer der Wohnung. 2. Habe ich ein Recht auf die Ausstellung einer Rechnung. 3. Da die Agentur, mit der ich den Mietvertrag habe, kein Kleingewerbe führt, ist auch der Mietpreis USt.-pflichtig. Eine Frechheit.
