The beautiful living area with high-quality leather couch including sleeping function, relaxation armchair and opaque pleated blinds exudes a cozy and familiar atmosphere - simply magical! The dining area with ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with the best branded appliances. You even have a washing machine here. From the very tastefully furnished living-dining area you reach the west balcony with an electrically extendable awning and modern garden furniture.

Held from the entrance area on the right, it goes into the chic shower room with toilet. The large, floor-level shower, a towel heater and the illuminated mirror as a niche above the sink offer the highest level of comfort.

You reach your personal bedroom via the living-dining area. The bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed, additional TV and large wardrobe offers plenty of natural light, but like in the living area, it can be darkened quickly and easily thanks to the opaque pleats. There would also be enough space for an additional cot. Practical: You have an additional toilet right next to the bedroom.
