RĂ©servation sur Abritel : Ok pour emplacement Ă  500ms de la plage et commerces. Donc je prĂ©vois de venir sans voiture. Mais je dĂ©couvre que l’encaissement du paiement par Poplidays qu'une fois le solde encaissĂ© le 29 juin qui m’®annonce que les clĂ©s sont a aller chercher Ă  5kms soit 10 aller-retour avec bagages et parasol et siĂšges de plage. AprĂšs plusieurs Ă©changes tĂ©lĂ©phone ils ne trouvent aucune solution et m'indique seulement que je peux prendre une ligne de bus pour me dĂ©placer Ă  l'agence. De plus, pas d'informations donnĂ©es par l'agence NEXITY de ROYAN concernant l'emplacement des poubelles, pas d'Ă©tat des lieux donc d'effectuer et lors de la remise des clĂ©s au dĂ©part (sur l'annonce indiquĂ© de 8h a 10h) l'employĂ© de l'agence arrive ouvrir le bureau seulement Ă  8h50. j'ai donc dĂ» changĂ© tous mes plans de vacances en prenant mon vĂ©hicule et au retour ma niĂšce Ă  loupĂ© une correspondance de train du a ce retard de remise des clĂ©s. Ce qui fait que notre sĂ©jour Ă  Ă©tĂ© dĂ©sagrĂ©able. l'annonce que vous affichez doit ĂȘtre revue et indiquer impĂ©rativement le lieu de remise des clĂ©s et les horaires d'ouverture doivent ĂȘtre respectĂ©s ! JE NE CONSEILLERAI CERTAINEMENT PAS CELLE-CI

Quelques petites choses manquantes pour nettoyage(aspirateur, lave-pont ainsi que quelques produits) . Nous avons passé de belles vacances ensoleillée. Merci
