Casa Azahar is a beautiful old-looking Andalusian house, with a large terrace at the entrance, to sit comfortable in the shade. We situated it at the beginning of our orange-yard. Especially in springtime, you can enjoy the smell of the flowering trees. The house provides itself shade from the sun by all the trees that surround it. However those that like the sun, are free to enjoy the rest of the garden together with all the birds. Composed as following: (ground floor only), entrance by terrace to large living room, two seated sofa, TV . A fully equipped kitchen, dining area with four seats, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and a royal bedroom, equipped with one royal bed (160 x 200 cm, matrass indiv). Each window gives you a spectacular view at the garden and our orange-yard. All windows are provided with mosquito screens. The Finca and the pool are fenced. We, the owners, ( Carlos and Carin), are the ones that will receive you, can help you with all information. Finca la Hijuela is located in the hills near Vejer, in a small town, on a plot of almost 6000 m2.There are 4 totally separated houses for rent on the Finca. Each house is isolated and private, with its own garden, terrace and barbecue. To be in the middle of nature. Surrounded by very old oak trees and more than 30 orange, lemon and lime trees, as well as other fruits. In the center of the Finca there is a large swimming pool (10 x 5 m). In the mature and colorful garden, you have all the privacy you could want. We are close to; Vejer, Conil, Medina Sidonia, Seville, Cádiz, Tarifa, Gibraltar. Enjoy the most beautiful beaches on the Costa de la Luz with more than 15 kilometers of fine sandy beaches. The closest beach is about 8 kilometers. You can take a trip to Morocco. Several nice restaurants are nearby, as Vejer de la Frontera has been nominated as a new gastronomic destination. Small shop for daily needs nearby. This is the perfect place to make your vacation days very special days. Finca la Hijuela is for all those who love the sound of cowbells in the distance, while zipping a wine on your terrace, listening to the owls and the smell of jasmine. Very peaceful ...Perfect houses for a stay away from the hubbub of Vejer and Conil, but so close that it is easy to make visits there, for example to the beaches.

Fantastic accommodation in beautiful gardens

We arrived late having driven around La Muela a couple of times - my ancient satnav struggled with the small lanes. Carin welcomed us through the gates and walked us down a very private lane towards finca Azahar. I could feel my wife's smile broadening with each step down the garden path. The place is beautiful. The property has 4 houses each surrounded by gardens. The space is very generous and the planting makes it feel very private. During our stay each of the 4 houses was occupied but it was so peaceful. The house itself was comfortable and charming with a veranda that looked out onto an orange tree garden and a great vegetable patch. We were delighted to find one morning a plate full of tomatoes and peppers from Carlos. In fact Carin and Carlos were so helpful throughout our stay. As we attended a wedding Carin arranged for a hairdresser to come to us, we were given lifts to the venue and lots of invaluable information. There is a fantastic pool on site which we often had to ourselves, it felt like a real luxury. We also went to the local beaches which are a ten minute drive away, best from about 4 o'clock onwards as the temperature cools a bit. Great coastline where you can find something for everyone-some buzzy sections with food, music and surf schools but also much quieter areas all within easy reach. The towns of Conil and Veher are also close. Conil we visited just for the supermarket but Veher is very pretty and well worth a trip for a meal or a browse around the old town and the plaza. Views are incredible but parking can be tricky. Overall we had an amazing week and really loved staying here. Hope to go back soon.

Lovely house in quiet environment

We had a great stay in Carins house, she's a lovely host and owns 4 small houses on the property which share a pool and a great garden. The houses are private enough, you don't feel the presence of the other houses! The beautiful city of Vejer De La Frontera with great restaurants, great views en lovely cobbled streets is close by. The stunning beaches of Canos De La Meca are close as well.

Estupendo el lugar , muy bien cuidado por carin y Juan Carlos , son fantásticos muy buena gente.

Una maravilla, hemos estado muy agusto, tranquilos , disfrutando de sus jardines y piscina. Un sitio para repetir. 100% recomendable. Gracias .
