Sleeps up to 10 guests. 3 Double Bedrooms (beds can be arranged as two singles (90 cm each) or a king (180 cm)). 1 Children's Room with 4 single beds (including bunk beds & a pull-out bed, also suitable for adults). A 40 m² living room with a cozy fireplace & wood pellet insert.
Private heated swimming pool is exclusively for villa guests, heated April to November (weather permitting), with safety fencing & electric cover. Fully equipped kitchen inside, plus an outdoor Weber BBQ for al fresco dining. Multiple terraces & Outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing, dining, and enjoying the countryside views. 2 washing machines, a dryer, and outdoor drying space for convenience. Covered parking for 2 cars, plus additional parking available.
