The property consists of a main building of around 190m2 and a small independent house of 50m2 in the garden. A kitchen and a summer lounge welcome you outside as well as an air-conditioned orangery. The house is walled so not overlooked, and the swimming pool, renovated in spring 2018, is completely secure for children

Very comfortable house, great outside kitchen/sitting room and pool space.
The little house in the garden is very convenient.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée et bien localisée.
La maison est très agréable à vivre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Elle est bien équipée même si quelques éléments dysfonctionnent. La cuisine et la salle à manger d'été sont très agréables. Sa localisation, à proximité de Montpellier et des plages, est un plus très appréciable. Le seul regret est que la location n'inclut pas la fourniture des draps. La possibilité de les louer en plus n'a en outre pas été clairement indiquée sur le site.
