Beautiful room, great view of the canal. Staff efficient, kitchen staff friendly. Vaporetti to and from the airport is very convenient. Great location near St Marks. The canal occasionally stinks. Certainly this is out of their control but it’s still a fact.

The hotel is very well situated, just round the corner from St Marks Square. And has its own river taxi stop. The decor is a little tired, the breakfast definitely needs improving. Our room on the top floor was full of mosquitos and we were covered in bites the next morning, this was in late October! Walls were very thin too.

We loved our stay here. The service is top notch and there is someone at the front desk at all times, which we appreciated. The included breakfast was a nice touch, a rarity in Italy. Lots of different options and delicious, too. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Keep your windows closed though, because there are many mosquitos in Venice!

Hotel location was great, but hotel was overpriced for what you get. Rooms and the hotel are quite old. Staff are friendly and polite. Breakfast was not the best, would suggest going to nearby cafés. Overall good location and great for 1- 2 days

The hotel is very quiet and comfortable, The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and the breakfast was very good. We were first given a room on the 1st floor with a canal view that had a bad sewer smell, apparently due to the canal. Once we asked about it they gladly moved us to another room.. it was excellent!!
