Yes, on the water! Drop off and pick up by a water taxi. No lugging suitcases through the streets of Venice like a tourist. Everything is in walking distance from the apartment. There are a number of local restaurants near the apartment that are excellent and not tourist traps. There are Vaporetto stops near the apartment if needed. Get a multi day pass and hop on and off the Vaporette. Get a seat in the back of the Vaporette and enjoy the views for free. The pictures are true and correct. The apartment is clean and fully stocked. The host communication is excellent. Our original VRBO (different property) booking canceled within 12 hours of the checking in, Melina saved our vacation. The house is unique with stairs to the loft area that is the sleeping area. The bath is on the 1st floor. You really do feel like a Venetian walking in and out of the front door of this property. Very quite and safe residential neighbor. Communication was excellent. There was a host at the apartment waiting for us. Everything was easy to arrange due to Melina communication. Thank you for sharing the property and being a great host!
