Newly refurbished, spacious and bright apartment located in a quite area near Venice Island. Situated on the direct route between Marco Polo Airport and Venice, it is easy accessible, with just 10min ride to the Airport and 15min to Venice. Furnished with taste and equipped for a comfort stay, it's a perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday.
Location on upper ground floor and 2 A/C units are great advantages of our place.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and sunny. Situated on the upper ground floor, it is easy accessible, which can be especially handy after a long day of walking! The double beds are equipped with tall high quality mattresses to provide the best rest. Very fast free Wi-fi is available throughout all areas and 2 Air conditioning units are installed for your comfort. Parking slots are available in front of the house and are free of charge.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge, kitchenware, toaster, kettle, tea and moka pots, and of course everything you need for dining.
The washing machine can be found in the bathroom. Hair dryer and iron (with iron desk) are also provided. The living room is equipped with widescreen smart TV. There are 2 Air conditioning units in the apartment.

Basic supplies as kitchen towels, coffee/tea, salt/peeper/sugar, olive oil/balsamic vinegar and bath essentials are provided.

Those that are coming by car will appreciate how easy it is to get to our apartment. You will not stay in any traffic jam, and there will always be a parking place.

If you need to buy groceries you can visit the local grocery shops near by or Lidl supermarket (number 1 Italy's top fresh retailer in 2019) which is opened daily, only 4 minutes by bus. And if you want to try local Italian food, there are a few restaurants and bakeries nearby and a great sea food restaurant at the small local port.

Lido di Jesolo is 37 km away and Treviso Airport is 31 km away.
