This hotel was amazing, I loved it. Such a fantastic room, and our canal view was absolutely perfect. Great and helpful staff and a comfy bed, the hotel was located only a few minutes walk from a great grocery store and delicious restaurants. If I'm lucky enough to travel to Venice again, I will absolutely stay here.

The room was good. But I have never heard a 4 star hotel going out of bath towels. There were only 2 towels kept in the room for 4 people. When we requested for 2 more towels the reception person clearly mentioned that they do not have any more towels in stock..what a shame!!! Do

Many accommodations in the city center were low rated, overpriced, and some didn’t seem to exist. This was by far the best priced for a place of quality. It is a legit hotel with great service, clean rooms, and a great location in the quieter parts of Venice away from the loud tourism with great food nearby as well as easy access water transportation. The breakfast is worth it as well, it is a huge buffet and is actually open for most of the morning compared to most hotels that stop serving around 8am. This one was open from 7:30-10:30! 12pm checkout is also one of the nicest checkout times for a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would stay here again if I come back to Venice without a doubt.
