Amazing spot on Murano. A quiet island away from the hustle of Venice. Place was a few min walk to the water taxis spots. A+. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

We arrived late, could not find the place. Kept getting hung up on after being told to check my email. I did not have access to email, and kept telling them that. Finally got someone to give us the code after buzzing the door over and over. Location is good, but thats about it. Bathroom was not in our room and would not lock. Kind of creepy.

Our flight was late so we arrived after the front desk was closed. They sent us a code to get in and our keys where waiting for us. The next morning breakfast was served in the lobby with warmes baked goods and fresh cafe. Friendly staff and helpful. Would like to stay longer.

great location on Murano, very close the the Murano Faro Actv stop. Decent sized room but very dated. wardrobe was unuseable due to mouse droppings inside that had gone moldy. no staff in hotel in the evenings and the attached bar and restraunt close at 5. Breakfast very basic ham cheese and 2 bread rolls and 1 croissant per person. first morning croissant had a hair baked into it and member of staff who had served us accused my wife of planting the hair that was baked into the pastry. overall a basic hotel with sub par service in an excellent location

One thing I would suggest is not to have any suitcases with you if you are on secon floor...Dark hallways narrow impossible with suitcase.

The hotel itself was OK. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was good. There are no communal areas in the hotel and only one chair in the bedroom which wasn’t really suitable for relaxing on. The bedrooms are OK but look better in the photos than in reality. I would stay in the hotel again if it had more seats in the bedroom and was in a different location. The hotel is on the island of Murano and everything closes at 5:00. there was only one, pricy restaurant to eat in. Everything else was closed and it’s like a ghost town. Not even a bar for a drink. I would recommend staying on the main Venice island nearer to the popular areas for a better evening experience.

Property in the style of authentic Venetian lovely views of the water and courtyard featuring olive trees. Didn't like the number of stairs to our room. Especially as my partner as mobility problems.
