Beautiful hotel! It was the perfect place to stay for a few nights. The staff was friendly, the bar had a great relaxed vibe, and we really enjoyed spending time on the outdoor patio. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and we had no issues during our stay. We would definitely recommend it!

We had a pleasant experience here! We had a car and parked in the Garage San Marco. This hotel was close to walk to in less than 10 min from the garage. The hotel was a little more dated, but we didn’t mind as we were not here much. We had to leave early in the morning and the staff was so kind as to give us our breakfast to go.

Great location and wonderful staff in a cool authentic Venetian hotel. Hotel itself was a bit tired. The towels, bedding and furniture was well worn. No air conditioning before April 15th. Overall, a good value and nice place to stay in an expensive tourist city.

The property was very clean and taken care of. The building is a historic older building in Venice and very clean. Great A/C too especially because we were in a heat wave. We had stayed at another hotel in Venice and in Croatia during our trip which were great too. The only thing we noticed was that the staff during breakfast was not warm and welcoming at all. Maybe a language barrier, not sure. But the food was great and the dining area was very clean and the staff was continually cleaning up and restocking items.
