A wonderful hotel. Excellent location, aside from being a bit of a walk to the closest parking and or taxis. This trip, I had a lot of luggage, including a large snowboard bag, and was a bit of a hassle to lug it there all by myself. Otherwise, highly recommend and is very close walk to the main bus depot where you can catch your ride to the heart of Venice.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The check-in was easy and quick, our room was very clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was perfect, the beds - we found very comfortable.
