Main issue here were bedbugs that left everyone with multiple bites. Heat/AC was not working properly either. Convenient area to stay in but cannot leave a positive review with children having bites all over.

Dear Mr Wotif, as soon as we read your message we checked the room and we didn't find any traces of bedbugs.In any case we provided to clean and disinfect the room very accurately just to be sure
