The location is far away from the Venice city, its located in a rural location, this place would ideal for someone who plans to spend a long vacation, its a bit far from the train station, I did not feel safe walking in the night, its pretty dark around that area. Staff was very friendly.

If the ac was working better I would go again but had to leave the window open which brought in extra bugs. The staff is nice and really helpful. The rooms are fine and clean, though the place does look old. For a short period of time there was a smell of cigarettes in the room of unknown origin.
