We had a front facing room on the top floor overlooking the Rialto Bridge and the canal. Enjoyed opening the window and watching the crowd on the bridge and on the canal. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, and very central to all the major attractions.

Pretty single room overlooking the Rialto Bridge, very comfortable. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Other staff the same. Entrance foyer is upmarket but the hallways to bedrooms could do with a freshen up. I really enjoyed my stay.

Its an amazing place to stay in Venice. . Location is fantastic. Very good, welcoming and polite service. Good breakfast. My favorite place in this hotel is a terrace with a breath taking view.
