“Resort” is misleading. Hotel is convenient to airport and clean. AC was not on and rooms were very warm. Open windows gave minimal air movement. 2.5 stars at best.

The room was very basic but clean. It’s definitely an older hotel that hasn’t had any updates in quite a while. But it was only 5 minutes to the airport, the shower worked great and it was clean.

The hotel, very nice centrally located you can go to the airport. You can go to Treviso. You can go to Verona Venice. You were just rich like two minutes and you were on the freeway and very nice top of the Line hotel.

The room was unbearably hot and uncomfortable during the night. There was no AC or windows with screens to open. Otherwise the shuttle was very helpful as was the nearby restaurant with it free shuttle.

Hotel was average. Showers very small, no ac that you could turn on, breakfast wasn’t very good, not many option for dinner (they’ll shuttle you to a restaurant but it wasn’t very good), nothing around the area. No elevator so that was a challenge. The hotel is small with small rooms but very clean and convenient to the Venice Airport. The front desk clerk sent me to a closed restaurant for lunch…poor. Good breakfast…the 15 euro cost for the shuttle to the airport is a complete rip off…it’s less than a mile away

Best thing about this hotel is it’s proximity to the airport. The airport shuttle was right on time, at a cost of 15 Euro. 4 AM was the earliest. We originally were assigned a room in the second floor with no elevator, which would have been difficult. Thanks to the front desk manager we were able to switch to a ground floor room. There is a lovely swimming pool (outdoor) on the premises.

Spacious and clean rooms. Very conveniently located to bus in order to get to Venice ~30 minutes. Perfect if you want to see Venice but not stay on the island.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. Great staff and very close to the airport. Only issue was that shuttle to airport left us near bus one instead of at the curb.
