Great for a one or two night stay close to airport

Pros: good option for staying very close to airport. Room was small but comfortable, with a large washroom. Beds were comfortable also, and breakfast buffet had decent food. Did not use the outdoor pool, but it looked extremely inviting and would have used it if we had more time, it was lovely. Staff at check in and at breakfast were both very nice, and very helpful. Cons: the room was too hot and could not figure out if it was even possible to lower the temperature, pushed the right buttons but no change, it just kept getting hotter over the course of the night but I didnt see anyone at front desk to ask for help, as it was late. I think considering how close the hotel is to the airport, that the shuttle bus should be included and free. The breakfast could be better, especially the coffee, Im in Italy I would have liked an espresso or cappuccino. I have to say that the small pancakes were delicious even though they were cold, they really were. For improvement I would suggest offering a cheap coffee + cornetto breakfast for those that dont have time to linger before heading to the airport. In the room, adding some kind of table or surface in the bathroom where one can put their toiletries, what was there was very small considering the size of the washroom. Overall I would use this hotel again if I needed to stay in the area, it’s a lovely property. And a short walk away is the bus stop into old Venice (20 min ride) swipe your credit card on the bus, no tkt purchase required.

Friendly staff at check-in. Convenient located. 20 Euro taxi to the resort. Could not get hold of the shuttle service provided. Solid convenient rooms and the hotel has some nice charm. Breakfast could use some attention- friendliness in service was not impressive.

Early shuttle to the airport

We just spent one night here so that we were super close to the airport for an early flight. They provide shuttle service for a small fee... even at 4:30 am which is fantastic. They will also shuttle you to the nearby restaurant which was delicious. The room and especially the bathroom was large and spacious which is unusal for Italy. The a/c in the room didn't seem to work but it was March and we just opened a window and it was fine.

This is a very nice place. We enjoyed our one night stay. The staff was great but needed to work more on communication. The letter in the room stated breakfast until 10:30 am and to leave the keys in the dorm. When we got to the reception the check out date we learned that breakfast was until ten, but in the other hotel, until 10:30 [ there are three hotels together]. The key was supposed to get back to the reception, but was okay since they just changed the rules. We charge our car at their port that apparently wasn't for public use, although they told me to go ahead and use it, but then after all, I was told that there was another charger for guests, which I could never find. Nice place, quite and clean, and nice staff. Very close to the airport and their restaurant, Birreria Torre Antica, which is very good, and the hotel provides free transportation, but is a very nice walk back to the hotel after dinner. All and all, very good.

Everything was ok, except for the shower temperature, which took a long time to warm up and unexpectedly got cold again in the middle of the shower; then warm again and cold again. Needless to say this was a very big deal, that greatly diminished my overall impression of the place, which was otherwise ok. I also thought the charge for the shuttle to the airport was abusive, so I didn't take it.

I arrived at night, my first trip to Italy.The only way to contact the property was by phone to arrange transportaion, and my phone didnt work. The taxi was expensive and it was a scary area. They sent me to my room alone in the dark and did not tell me to use my card to turn lights on. I had traveled from the other side of the world to this sad welcoming. No food available when i woke up. Glad to get out of there and into Venice.

Convenient Airport Hotel, Great Shuttle Service

We stayed at Hotel Venice Resort Airport for one night (March 20–21) and found it to be a very convenient choice for those needing easy access to Marco Polo Airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent and easily arranged through the hotel. While the hotel doesn’t have an on-site restaurant, they offer a free shuttle to a nearby one, and there is also a fantastic restaurant just opposite the entrance (to the left). A small bar near reception is available for drinks. Our room was great—clean, quite spacious, and well-equipped, with a large bathroom and a fridge stocked with complimentary water. The outdoor pool looked lovely, though it wasn’t open during our stay. The only downside was the room temperature, which was uncomfortably warm overnight. It seemed that only heating was available, with no air conditioning. We mentioned this to reception when we checked out. Overall, this is a solid choice for an airport stay, offering convenience, comfort, and good facilities. With better temperature control, it would have been perfect!
