Good stay

Overall the stay was good. There is only a washer in the apartment no dryer, but that was ok. It was easy to navigate getting to the place and was close to a lot of things.

Good Venice option in Spring, Fall and Winter

We stayed the first day of a multi-day stay in the apartment. It was during a heat wave, and unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working. The apartment manager tried their best to help out, but wasn't able to get the air conditioning working. We ended up having to leave after the first day. The apartment manager kindly agreed to refund us for the days we didn't stay. Two weeks later, we are still waiting for the refund, but hopefully they will follow through on their commitment. Overall, this is a great apartment located in the heart of Venice. You won't need air conditioning in the Winter, Spring and Fall, but you'll definitely need functioning air conditioning in the summer.
