Very cute and comfortable stay. Good location and close to Casperson beach and town. All the beach things available to look for shark teeth (scoopers and sitters). Comfortable beds. Loved the shampoo and conditioner. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

If we could give 6 stars we would!The house and location were perfect. We stayed with our dog and had everything we needed. The house has a nicely supplied kitchen as well as beach amenities. The host was responsive and welcoming. The record selection was great and we enjoyed listening to a different record each each night. Access to Golden Beach was a huge plus. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Fantastic!

We loved our stay. It’s a 3 block walk to the beach. You can also drive and park in a little lot right on Golden Beach. The house is great! Comfortable, fun, and full of everything we needed. Great location!

Perfect location

Walk to the beach, lovely neighborhood to stroll. Clean and nicely decorated. Only downside was the short toilet. talked to Melinda and she said she would change out the toilet to a taller one no problem. Thank you Melinda for our stay in your cute little bungalow. My only regret was not having my dog with me.

Perfect Venice Escape: Location, Location, Location!

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, you're just blocks away from the breathtaking Golden Beach. Close to supermarket and downtown Venice (about a mile to both). The cute Duplex-Bungalow is kept spotless and was exactly as described. Communication with the Melinda is EXCELLENT. The minor issue we had with a slow bathtub drain was responded to within minutes and fixed within a couple hours (it would have been quicker, but we were away). I highly recommend this property and will definitely contact Melinda for my next stay in Venice.

LOVED This Location for Exploring Venice!!

From the beer and water in the fridge to the welcome snacks for both us AND our dog, we felt so personally welcomed into this home! The location couldn't be better for us to explore Venice for the first time, and look for some fossils...Golden Beach access was a great benefit to have! Melinda was extremely communicative and accommodating. You can tell that she truly cares for this place, and for you to enjoy it!!

Perfect Beach Home!!

Amazing beach home close to everything. Private beach and shopping minutes away! COuld not ask for more. Perfect for our pup to come as well. She had a private side yard perfect for letting her get some outside time while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. House had everything you could possibly need for us and the dog. Will be visting again!

AWESOME! My family of four adults enjoyed our 5 day stay at this VRBO. The house was clean and only blocks from private, Golden Beach. Our VRBO had many beach supplies including bikes, which we enjoyed using. This home is close to lovely downtown Venice. Downtown has quaint shops, several restaurants, and two ice cream shops. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Adorable house in a happy beach neighborhood!

Loved staying in your home….thank you so much for sharing it with us! The front room was perfect for my remote work ‘office’, everything we needed was there (including a few welcome snacks!), the bed was comfortable, and the short walk to the beach was a joyful one through this beautiful neighborhood. Anything you need is close…grocery, restaurants, the pier, and downtown Venice. We will be back and hopefully bring our dog with us next time!

Last minute getaway

Felt the need to get out of town for the weekend while my house was being renovated. I was able to take 2 of my dogs and just relax, it was perfect. The small yard was convenient, the place was clean, light and fun. We had everything we needed!
