Perfect location - We had large suitcases and it would have been very difficult to navigate any further into the city with the cobblestone streets and large bridges. The hotel itself was also stunning - high ceilings, brilliant glasswork, and excellent water pressure in the shower. Will recommend to anyone

We got stuck during a train strike so we didn’t arrive in Venice until after midnight and we booked this hotel last minute… It was pricey, but we booked the same day. We stay there so that’s understandable and our view was only of another wall with a window, but the staff more than made up for by being so helpful.

Perfect location for a Venice stay. Very short walking distance from the train station means you can check in or leave bags upon arrival. Water buses nearby to whisk you to center of Venice or other locations. 10 minute walk to autobus station (with a stair-filled bridge) for a 10 euro ride to or from the airport. Hotel itself is lovely. With a welcoming staff. Even the “cheap” rooms had nice views, big beds, and a good bathroom. I would definitely use this as my Venice home base in the future.
