Amazing hotel, with a wonderful front desk staff. They were so helpful for transportation options. The hotel itself was beautiful and quiet, in a quieter area of Venice, but still with ample restaurants around and easy walking to other areas. The breakfast buffet was beyond expectations. Would 100% recommend. We booked the private spa and really enjoyed having our own little oasis.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well-appointed. Hotel is within walking distance of the water taxi (Alilaguna Blue Line) that travels between Marco Polo Airport and the cruise terminal where you check-in for MSC cruises. This property is right on the water and it is lovely. The room was suitable. Gorgeous bathroom! Beds are tiny. Took a star off for two reasons. 1: the elevator went out and we were on the 4th floor. 2: we got a desk agent to give us smaller bills from a 20 euro and the next morning he called saying he never received the money when my friend and I both saw it happen The rest of the stay was lovely
