We had a great stay at Ryan & Lee's place. My girlfriend, dog, and I came up from Fort Myers and mother/step dad came down from Maryland.We visited Manasota Key Beach, Venice Beach, Nokomis Beach, and Siesta Key while we were there and also perused Historic Downtown Venice.The property was neat and clean and the owner was very responsive to messages. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and most of your needs (grocery store, restaurants, etc) were all within a 10 minute drive.We would certainly stay again!

PERFECT VACATION

This was my 4th time staying at this property. Every time has been a 5star review. Ryan is a perfect host ! The house is very comfortable ( beds are great). The pool is big and a very comfortable temp. Large fenced yard for privacy and great for dogs. Beaches are a 10-15 min.drive. Thanks Ryan for another great stay. I'll be returning again. Milton S.

Hurricane Helene visit

The owners were very easy to get ahold of, and were very accommodating considering a hurricane was supposed to hit when we got there. The home is beautiful, the pool is perfect for a dip and my dog loved it as well. Fenced in backyard was nice to let the dog out. We didn’t need to go anywhere, the house had everything we needed. We are already looking at the calendar to come back!

Get away

Much needed time off. The house was very comfortable. We enjoy the pool so much. The house is pet friendly. So our four legged kids had so much fun in the private/fence backyard. There is a park that you can walk too. Beach 12 minutes away and close to shopping stores. Ryan the host is very nice.

The pool and yard were beautiful. The house is older but everything we needed was provided. FYI, water is well water so it has an egg smell.

Decent house with a very nice pool. The mattresses on the twin beds were horrible. The carpets in the bedrooms need to be ripped out. I would replace with tile. The bathroom sink had so much hair gathered around the drain the water drained very slow. We wouldn't use the dish washer because it was so nasty with built up Calcium and grease laying in the bottom of it. We washed everything by hand before and after we used it. Very poor cleanliness.

Loved our stay.

We highly recommend the Piedmont House.Close proximity to beaches, shopping and restaurants. There are also bikes provided for bike trails.We spent the majority of our week stay in the beautiful pool.Ryan, the host, will address any concerns or questions you have.The Piedmont House is very warm and inviting.I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have.

Everything but the kitchen sink

This property has everything you need for a beach vacation! We love the Venice area for sharksteeth hunting and this property had all the tools you need! On top of that it also had all your beach going dreams with chairs, umbrellas, floats, and even floating water games to play in the pool. Speaking of pool, this pool is the perfect size and the basketball goal is perfect for added fun!

Perfect vacation rental

This was one of the best vation rentals we have stayed at. The owners have thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The pool was perfect temperature , plenty of towels and beach supplies. There were even toys for the kids to play with. It was so nice to find all the basic house essentials provided as well, we have never experienced this at other rentals. The house was in a nice queit neighborhood close to many beaches and stores. Everything was very clean and as described. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Impromptu Family Spring Break Trip

We loved our time in this welcoming & home-y family home with 88 degrees pool in quiet neighborhood! Our family decided to take a quick spring break trip to enjoy the Florida sunshine and each other's company. This property allowed us to hang out together by the pool, watch movies and head out to Venice Beach or Manasota Beach that was nearby. I appreciated how responsive the property owners responsive to any questions I had to prepare and all the amenities available for us to use to make this trip feel effortless. Pool toys, bikes, beach towels, clean bedding, cleaning supplies, washer and dryer use. All of these and more helped to create a memorable vacation and prepare for our return home. We absolutely loved it! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful pet friendly home

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this family home. The owners were great to communicate with. Outdoor space is big and all new fenced in yard which made the stay with our pets so easier. Quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches , downtown and stores. Nice golf courses in the area too! The lovely home had so much to enjoy close by. Lounging at the pool is awesome if you didn’t feel like venturing out. Lots to do in the Venice area. Thank you so much Ryan and family for having us. You are a wonderful host and so easy to communicate with. We can’t wait til next year!

Wonderful Stay!

Ryan is easy to contact, and a great communicator. Our entire family enjoyed an awesome stay. The house is completely stocked. Just bring your personal things and food and you’re set. Clean, and comfortable, and well furnished. The washer and dryer are so convenient for packing lite. Great neighborhood. Lots of bikes, helmets, and beach toys are provided as well. The pool is so relaxing for adults and fun for kids; lots of pool toys and floats are already here. So, seriously, don’t overpack because practically everything is covered by Ryan.
