Hospitable hosts, everything worked just fine, perfectly happy to give you advice about Venice. It can be tricky to navigate to the place, but they'll help you with that + it means that it's a very quiet accommodation with low foot traffic

Mario was very accomodating. We had an issue arriving causing the check in to be delayed but he waited for us and made sure that we will be comfortable during our stay. The room was very nice and the service was outstanding! We definitely received more than what we have paid for.

This is a lovely B&B in the heart of Venice. Walkable to everywhere, clean, classically decorated, and excellent value. The owner is incredibly hospitable, attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. I will absolutely stay here again if I come back to this magical city! I highly recommend it!

On the day we were supposed to arrive to the hotel, we received a call from them informing us of a clogged bathroom in our room from the previous residents, but they very quickly relocated us to an upgraded, 3-bedroom apartment (for no extra charge) and we had zero trouble. She kept us updated and responded very quickly and nicely to our questions and made us feel like family throughout the process. Definitely recommend

Really nice B&B. Good location, about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Excellent communication from the owners from the moment I booked. Great value. Large sized room with good accommodations and amenities provided. The breakfast was served every morning at 8:30am and it was a nice touch. They even watched our luggage for us after it was time to check out which helped us enjoy another day in Venice.

We completely enjoyed our night and morning at this guest house. It made us wish we'd planned to be on the island more than one night. The room was comfortable and clean. A delicious breakfast was served by the owner himself. He was also kind enough to allow us to leave our luggage after check out before our afternoon train departure. we highly recommend Residenza degli Angeli.

Amazing place with perfect location, literally in the heart of Venice. Just minutes from the main attractions while being enough away to have some level of peace and quiet. The bed and breakfast gives you a very homey feel, and the owners were very kind and helpful, truly made you feel at home. Just keep in mind this is a truly mom and pop team not some giant hotel chain so coordinate for arrivals and departures.

Pros: Clean room, decent price, great location, very nice and helpful host, comfortable bed, relatively spacious. Cons: hot water runs out in about five minutes with the shower. Couldn't shower in the morning because the other guests already used the hot water. Could use a tankless heater. Also not a good fit for a romantic stay - you'll want more privacy. This is more like staying in someone's home and you get a room in it. (We don't deduct a star for the privacy stuff - only the lack of hot water.) Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
